TAMMY
Tammy is one of the co-founders of X Creative Collaboration and is passionate about supporting independent creative wellness businesses to grow and thrive. With over 15 years in the hair industry Tammy has had the privilege of working on many exciting projects and travelling within creative teams. Now her focus is split between looking after existing clients, education, and growing X Creative Collaboration. Tammy’s speciality is ‘lazy girl hair’ a term she created to encapsulate the effortlessly cool and easy hair she creates and enjoys.

Claire is an absolute creative colour maverick. With 10 years in the hair industry she has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is comfortable guiding you with haircare and colour guidance and is a bleach and balayage specialist. Claire is also a big lover of working with vivid colours and is the girl to see if you want to shake things up. Claire works with Eleven Australia colour and products, and K18 treatments.

With 20 years of experience, Alana is the queen of highlights! She is a professional colour specialist, trainer and mentor who decided to leap into her freelance journey by renting a chair with XCC. This works perfectly for Alana as she can work around her busy schedule and being a mum!

With 6 years of industry experience honed at Charlie Miller and Stag Barbers, Meg (they/them) brings a fresh, creative flair to our salon. Their true passion is crafting textured, layered, and naturally styled "bad haircut" looks that ooze effortless cool.
But Meg's talents go beyond technical skills. They truly understand the transformative power of hair, helping clients feel more comfortable and confident in their skin without judgment.
Meg's clientele is predominantly from the queer community, and they take pride in providing a safe, empathetic space. With a deep understanding of the unique experiences and feelings of the LGBTQ+ community, Meg ensures every client receives the affirmation and representation they deserve.

Stacy has been in the industry for 24 years working in high-end salons where she helped train and mentor. With her knowledge and experience, she is confident with guiding clients with product choices and colour and style bespoke to them specialising in colour and bleaching services with her wide knowledge using Wella Stacy’s passion is in hair up and creative styling.
